in Bulworth as Nina.

Disturbing Political Satire Is Very Very Funny
Author: Hal-900 from WA, USA
In "Bulworth," Warren Beatty plays a liberal senator who puts a contract out on himself. Since he knows he is going to die soon, he decides to be honest with the public for the very first time in his political career. However, to the surprise of everyone (including himself), his new attitude makes him more popular than ever before. Audacious political satire, maybe the best of its kind. Savage wit and penetrating observations about the American society, are just a few ingredients that help make this movie a winner. This is definitely Beatty's best film as an actor/director/writer. He is fearless in his exploration of the USA's political machinery, sparing no one, and making his points in an intelligent and very funny manner. It is also a very disturbing movie. Kubrick's "Dr. Strangelove (1964)" looks like child's play compared to the dark implications of this film. It is refreshing to see a mature Beatty, display so much creativity and energy in one film. Funny, wise and profane. Guarantee to offend all kinds of viewers. Highly Recommended!

o Hilary Duff o then-boyfriend Joel Madden and stalker Maksim Miakovsky
when asked about her then-boyfriend Joel Madden, a native of Waldorf, Maryland, in an interview with Elle, she replied, "He's very real, like, he's from a pretty ghetto place in Maryland... I like that". her "ghetto" comments sparked a mixture of mild offense and bemusement from residents of the Waldorf area, as the suburban, mostly middle-class town did not fall into the traditional impoverished inner city concept of a ghetto. o Hillary Duff o later claimed she's referring not to Waldorf, but actually a section of Baltimore where Madden lived briefly as a young adult.
In late 2006 she took legal action against an alleged stalker and his roommate. On November 3, 2006, Hilary Duff's stalker, Maksim Miakovsky, was arrested for threatening to kill her. He was booked on charges of making criminal threats and stalking. According to legal papers filed by her, Miakovsky came to the U.S. "for the sole purpose of meeting and becoming romantically involved with Ms. Duff". Miakovsky was being held on $200,000 bail at the Manhattan Beach jail. He was arraigned on November 7, 2006. On January 19, 2007, Miakovsky was sentenced to 117 days in jail and 5 years probation after pleading no contest to the charges.
